Land Classes

We are also offering Land Fitness! We will have groups of 5 people per class on the land side of Over the Deep End (the room with the ramp leading to it). Each class is offered for high intensity or beginner levels - the type of class will be determined by the participants that sign up - please indicate if you want a beginner style class or high intensity.

Bounce Fit Mondays

Using individual fitness trampolines, we'll be jumping our way into a great workout. Bounce fit is phenomenal for a high cardio workout without injuring the joints. The trampoline provides low impact on joints, while still getting the bounce benefits. Great for cardio, full body muscle work, balance, core and pelvic floor strengthening. – Check out the Video Below

Small Group Training Tuesdays

Small Group Training changes class types each week. In this 12-week session, you would be getting 4 weeks of drum fit classes, 4 weeks of step/Tabata (using steps to work the legs, with Tabata HITT exercises between for cardio), and 4 weeks of core/cords (standing and mat core work, along with resistance bands – Check out the videos below

Drumfit Wednesdays

Drum fit is a truly fun workout. High cardio fitness class using stability balls & drum sticks. Beat along with the music, works the body & mind! – Check out the video below

Barre Thursdays

Barre is a low impact-high intensity workout class. No jumping/bouncing meaning it is great for the joints, yet you are guaranteed to sweat in this class. Using ballet barres, we use our body weight for a muscle workout. – Check out the Video below

Personal Training

Whether you are new to fitness, looking to lose weight or build muscle I am the gal to help! Using a full-body workout approach through HIIT cardio & strength training in each workout, I aim for the best results after each session. Learn how to find joyful movement that your body will thank you for.
$25/per 40-minute session When: Flexible scheduling – Mondays – Thursday (e-mail with preferred day/time)
